Benefits of exercise:
  • Helps to stretch the upper chest.

Hints:
  • Keep knees together and still – do not lift your top leg.

  • Keep shoulder of resting arm in contact with floor.

  • Ensure slow, continuous movement throughout.

Repetition recommended:
  • Remission Patient: 3 reps each side and time, 1 time/day

  • Flare Patient: 5 reps each side and time, 1 time/day
